We have designed our freelance commitment program to enhance your projects and your loyalty to Malt.
Find out more in the next articles about the points and level system as well as the new Super Malter badges.
How to earn points
Our program is based on the acquisition of points and no longer solely on your turnover.
Indeed, you can earn points in different ways :
By completing your profile to 100%, you will be able to obtain 200 points.
By asking for recommendations: this earns you 20 points.
By carrying out missions:
Each project € invoiced on Malt makes you progress at a specific rate which has been determined by taking into account the specificities of your job.
We thus calculate your points from the turnover including VAT that you invoice for each project and according to the loyalty of your customers.
You get your points upon project validation by the client. These points are valid for a period of 15 rolling months and are calculated from the main category that you have chosen to reflect your profession.
We have studied the types of projects (duration, frequency, amount) carried out by each profession present on Malt to determine a rate of progression that allows each freelancer to have equal access to the benefits of the Super Malter program.
By taking advantage of bonus points ⭐️
You can earn extra points by building customer loyalty. These bonuses enhance the quality of your services and your ability to build customer loyalty over time.
From the second project with the same client, you earn a points bonus calculated on the amount of points that the project earns you. This bonus is doubled for the following projects. The same goes for recurring projects: the 2nd month brings a points bonus, which is doubled for the following months.
The different levels of the program
There are 3 levels in the Super Malter program. Each level allows you to win more projects and access exclusive benefits. To achieve them you must meet the following conditions.

Obtain the amount of points needed for each level over a rolling 15-month period:
Super Malter 1: Collect at least 7,500 points
Super Malter 2: Collect at least 15,000 points
