The identity document of the legal representative :

We accept passport, national identity card, driving license (issued in 1994 or later) or residence permit

To validate your ID, make sure you meet the following criteria:

Accepted photo format: scanned documents are not accepted as PDFs
Front/back: You must upload both sides of your document (except in the case of passports)
Legibility: All information must be clearly legible as well as the edges.
Document quality: They must be of good quality, clear and without reflections, flashes or saturated/faded colors.
Document Color: Color must be original (not black and white)

The vigilance certificate : when you are a freelancer at Malt, you are asked in your legal documents to send us your vigilance certificate . This certificate, sometimes also called URSSAF certificate, allows you to prove that companies have paid their social security contributions.
This document must be checked by your client (customers found by Malt or directly), as this is an integral part of their duty of care. These control obligations are required for all transactions of an amount greater than or equal to €5,000 excluding tax.
However, clients generally want to do these checks before the start of each mission .
As such, Malt therefore asks all Freelance users registered on the platform to update this document (which can be obtained in a few clicks) every six months (legal interval for verifying this document in the name of the duty of vigilance) in order to benefit from the “verified company” status.
If you are in SA, SAS, SARL, EIRL, SASU, you will find this document on this site . You can obtain a certificate of vigilance if you have employees or if you pay yourself a salary.

If you carry out your self-employed activity through a commercial company that does not pay any salary because you do not have any employees and you pay yourself by paying yourself dividends, then you do not have to pay social security contributions and you are not, in fact, affiliated to URSSAF. You cannot therefore provide a certificate of vigilance.
In this case, you can provide us with a sworn statement using the attached template, or contact URSSAF to declare your situation of non-payment of salary in order to obtain the creation of your URSSAF account and therefore download the vigilance certificate.
The KBIS : you must download a KBIS less than 3 months old , available on Infogreffe or Monidenum for all company directors and officers.
Make sure that the company name entered in your business details is the same as on the KBIS.
Statutes : You must send us the latest complete and signed statutes of your company, available on Infogreffe or Pappers
Declaration of beneficial owners : a new formality has been imposed on companies of the SARL, EURL, SAS, SASU, SA type, etc.: to file with the commercial court registry a document stating the identity of their beneficial owner(s) .
The beneficial owner is the natural person who controls or owns the company or part of it directly or indirectly.
The declaration of beneficiaries according to the Mangopay model is to be completed here
You will need to complete, date and sign the declaration listing your beneficiaries according to this Mangopay model. You must provide information to the beneficial owners (natural persons) holding at least 25% of the shares.
